NEW YORK — The luxurious home on Coral Gable Island in Florida has become the latest luxury property to be purchased by a wealthy family, and it’s now worth $1.5 billion.
The $500 million luxury island villa at 7,400 square feet, on the island of Florida, is owned by a private investment firm called Villa Charlotte Bronte.
The villa is valued at $500,000, according to a press release from the company, which also owns other properties on the site.
Its on a 4,200-acre property with 8,000 square feet of ground floor living space and 6,400-square-foot courtyard, according the release.
The property was purchased in January of 2017 for $1,425,000.
