New villa villas have become a big seller in Montecito, with some sold at $100 million or more.
The villas are located in the island’s iconic Stonefield Resort, which sits at the heart of Montego’s resort town, a tourist hotspot and the capital of the country.
The resort is known for its breathtaking views, and its most recent property was the centerpiece of a $20 billion project in the 1980s that brought the resort’s famed “lighthouse” to the island.
The $20-million “Lighthouse of Montecato” was part of a grand project to turn the island into a tourist attraction, but the villas were not part of the project.
The resort is now known as a luxury destination and is often considered one of the best resorts in the world.
The new villas on the market in Montegovia are listed on the website of the Montego Development Corporation, a state-owned development company.
The villas feature swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, a gym, spa and a sauna.
The current listing price for the villa in Monteguia is $94 million.
A villa for sale in the resort is $72 million.
The price of the villacas is not immediately clear, but it’s likely to be more than the $100-million-plus asking price for some of the other villas.
The prices on the Montegovias website do not specify what the price of these villas is.
They are listed in a property listing for the former residence of former prime minister Alvaro Coloma, who was assassinated in 2012.
The former prime ministers villas also include a swimming pool, a saunter, a tennis court, a pool and a gym.
Coloma’s former residence was a luxury villa and has become the mainstay of the resort, according to The New York Times.
In the 1970s, Coloma purchased a villa on the island for $9.8 million, which was one of many luxury villas he acquired in Monte.
The mansion has since been renovated and is now the residence of Montegovía’s current prime minister, José Díaz Fernández.
The Montegoviamos current villas include a saucy tennis court and a swimming spa.
The Montegovias website does not indicate the current price for either of the two villas for sale.
